samsung refrigerator. leaking pitcher. i called and "chatted" previously. the pitcher continues to leak. a replacement part is not easily found on the parts website. the replacement part found on other sites, list for more than $100 (for a water pitcher which, will likely leak again).

Great quality model

finding a refridgerator with pretty much every convenience required is normally difficult to find, but this specific model, fit my families needs in every area. we use the indoor water pitcher everyday and love the autofill feature built into the door. lots of functional interior room and door shelving holds a great many items. choosing the dark stainless finish was a excellent choice because the surface does not show hand and fingerprint marks and it is very easy to keep clean. i have had 'zero' issues with my samsung refridgerator and would highly recommend anyone looking to upgrade to feel confident in purchasing one for their families everyday use.

A couple things actully

so far, the water doesnt dispense cold. the ice maker is super slow the warning light for the filter never shuts off even when replaced. yes its correctly installed and yes its the correct filter and the pitcher also leaks. it was replaced very easily and free >however< less then 24 hrs later , guess who im calling about the new leaky pitcher? thats correct samsung. design in pitcher flaw, not fluke, it sure seem like. we will see how i update my review as the saga continues. i have always been a samsung fan. all of my appliaces in house are samsung. no i wouldnt reccomend to a friend.

Broke after 3 months(IF you read this dont buy)

bought this fridge for a new construction house, was installed with dings, and scratches on it and no handles. it decided to not cool after 3 months of use and showed temperature of 74 in a 66 degree room, i highly recommend you dont buy! samsung support so far has not been helpful and atleast $250 dollars of food expired because of the cooling issues....

i love the features of this refrigerator. it has tons of room for a family of four with two growing boys. we bought the fingerprint resistant stainless steel. i have severe ocd and with boys everything gets gross fast. the fingerprint resistance however, seems nonexistent. i almost feel it's a fingerprint magnet because they seem to be worse than our old fridge. not worth the extra money. also, the water dispenser drips water every time its used. since no one wants to wait a few seconds after filling their cup with water, there are drops that fall then dry down the push button for water dispensing and the flat area below. we have hard water so it dries leaving a calcium deposit white spot. if these two features were fixed the fridge would be just about perfect.

A fantastic Refrigerator.

There's a lot going on with this refrigerator; water pitcher in the door, the separators in the different cooling departments that aren't necessary but a very nice design, the exterior water dispenser in the door accommodates a tall water bottle, and the way the interior is designed it has a large amount of usable space.
