I have had my washer a couple of weeks now and really appreciate the large capacity. For my normal clothes loads it doesnt make so much difference but for comforters and other bedding it is ideal particularly since it doesnt have the tall agitator in the middle as my old washer did.

Very satisfied. Water level is not a problem for me. I simply choose the bedding option and water fills up to the top all that needs to be done is to pick soil and temp settings. I use delicates alot too and with the water plus option water is filled enough to get all the clothes wet and clean. Also if you choose normal with water plus the setting automatically goes to deep wash no problem with water level there as well. This is a good washer cleans well very quiet. If you take the time to read the manual you will find this washer is simply laid out with easy instructions and very effective. Good luck

Consumer Reports gave this washer its highest rating for top-loaders and so far I can see why. As an aside...my husband thoroughly enjoys the little music it sends when wash is completed.

I am disappointed in the LT WT71050CW. I have been washing most of my clothes on the Normal or Heavy Duty cycle. This is my second impeller washer. After my experience with my first one from a different brand I was not planning to buy a second. However most of the reviews for the LG were very good so I decided to give the LG a try. Unfortunately I have noticed on several loads of wash that some articles of clothing do not get wet on top even after 10 minutes in the wash cycle. I have tried the extra water feature but there does not seem to be enough movement even on the heavy duty cycle so some of the clothes just float on the top. I purchased the washer from Costco so I am probably going to return this washer and purchase a different model.

LG washer came with poor documentation and no help from customer service. Even a dispatch for issues not prompt still waiting for repair 2 weeks after delivery. How can a wash cycle take 90 minutes?

The washer has been with us for about a month now. The capacity is amazing. Our old washer was 3.6CUF and what was a load for the old washer barely fills the bottom of this washer.
The clothes come out much cleaner with this washer than out old one. I can actually smell the fabric softener on out clean laundry now.
We have only had this washer a short time but wer are very happy with it thus far.

Wow This is the first new washer Ive had since 2007 and I can say Im impressed with this washer so far. It may take a lot longer to wash a load of clothes but it does it very well and with as little water as possible. All clothes and blankets and even carpets have come out very clean. This unit does not have the agitator that Im used to but I like having no agitator for things to get wrapped around. My only issue is that I wash everything on cold and it always wants to default to warm water so I have to manually change the setting to cold water each load. Otherwise so far its great.

I needed a new washer after my old one was failing. I wanted another top load with an impeller. This LG has all the features you need without a ton of extras. It is a great way to take advantage of modern technology without spending way more than you need to. I love the Speed Wash not only for super light loads but also for prewashing pet messes before throwing those in a Heavy Duty wash. There are 7 preprogrammed cycles plus a Tub Clean cycle. However you have the ability to adjust the Temperature Soil and Spin levels to customize the wash cycle to what you need. This washing machine does not connect to WiFi. You will need to upgrade to other models if you want more features that will work with the LG App for downloading custom cycle settings troubleshooting and notifying you when your wash is done. I have seen complaints about bleach rusting out the top of the machine. My top assembly appears to be plastic and not metal so I am hoping that will stand up better to chemicals than prior versions of this model. I am enjoying this machine. Our son even remarked that it got our cotton twill couch cover cleaner than he has seen it. It is heavily used by our dogs and washed weekly.

I researched meticulously to decide on a brand/model for a new washer. Against my better judgement I decided we could take a chance on an LG because warranties. Now here we are at the beginning of a holiday weekend with a less than month old washing machine that wont drain the tub full of water leaving a household of 5 without a washing machine And to top it off the LG rep said it will be 2-3 business days before we even hear from a service provider to schedule a repair call This is absolutely unacceptable Defective products happen but what really matters is how the company handles making it right. And waiting a week or more to get a washing machine fixed is NOT ACCEPTABLE

I bought this washer two months ago and finally am able to give a review. I have the glass top so Im able to see how little water it is using. I wasnt happy at all. How could clothes get clean when water doesnt even cover the clothes. Thankfully our clothes arent really dirty. We arent working in the dirt so in our case the washer works for us. Dont think it would work well if we did tho. The timer says 59 minutes for a normal load but I find that it often finishes sooner so thats a plus. Overall Im happy with this purchase.

Very satisfied with this washer. I like the open capacity no center agitator and all the clothes get rotated through the water. If I feel I want more water for a larger load there is the Deep Wash feature. Its also very quiet.

I bought this a year ago if I had it to do over I wouldnt buy it. Washing just one set of queen sized sheets most of the way through the wash cycle and theyre not completely wet. Definitely not impressed and wish you were able to return appliances like this.

Two months ago we purchased a LG washer I cant begin to tell you how happy we did. I thought my clothes were clean before but I found out they werent being cleaned like I thought they were. You have so many cycles to choose from your clothes are cleaner and you use less water and detergent. The tub is big enough for a comforter and blankets no more laundromat money saved. Loading is the key load it like a donut and you will have no problems.

It was a little rough to start off with as far as delivery and install. Spanning over a few days but we finally got them to install it and haul away the old washer. So far so good. It is large enough for my washes. I dont care for the digital operation to choose load size temp and wash size. I guess I will get used to it. Seems to wash clothes well enough. No complaints.

Ive had my washing machine for a couple of weeks now and Im very pleased with it. It is extremely efficient and gets close clean. I thought for sure that the time to do a load of laundry would be much longer than it actually is. I like the countdown feature and I also enjoy the chime letting me know when my washer is finished. It is relatively quiet especially when I have the laundry room door shut. I like that Im using less detergent and less water And ultimately less electricity.
