We went from using carol bradys dryer to this top of the line machine. Took a little getting used to. Common issue is when there is a light load the sensors cut the time down significantly and the clothes will not be dry. Avoid this by using speed dry which is totally customizable and the dryer will run for as long as you set it. Phone notifications through the LG app are a huge plus so you dont forget about it.

I especially enjoy the sanitizing feature I use when I change my bedding. I sanitize pillows and comforter eliminating any mites sloughed off skin etc. making my bedding fresh

We bought this Dryer with the matching Washer a couple months ago and are very happy with it. The wi-fi enabled machines work great lets me know what when the washer or dryer is done how much time is left what cycles are being used. The dual opening of the Dryer open from top or open from side is great.

Came in Damaged and Decker and Sons installed it

Deckers and sons installed damaged merchandise and then had made jump through hoops for warranty. I am on my third dryer top because the first one was damaged and the second one was damaged too. I have yet to use is but dont buy anything from decker and sons in Grand Rapids Michigan. They are the worst company to buy appliances from. They just take your money and dont stand behind anything.

I bought this a month ago I like the dryer but if you want the dryer door reversed have them reverse it for it is delivered It took 2 service calls to get it done. The light inside the dryer doesnt always come on. However it drys everything well it is quite and I like the way the door opens as a shutt to load and swings open to unload.

The day the dryer was installed it didnt get hot when first used. It spun but with no heat. Best Buy agreed to replace it but none were available. They suggested I upgrade to the more expensive model and that meant returning the dryer AND washer and buying a new upgraded dryer AND washer set so the new units would match. I paid for the upgrades but then the next day the original model became available so I arranged for a refund and an installation date. The replacement dryer was installed. Unfortunately the color of the dryer doesnt match the existing washer even though it is supposed to. Must be a different dye lot or something. Even worse while using the new dryer for the first time a shirtsleeves button got caught in the rim of the drum and caused the clothes to get bunched up in a knot and the dryer door got pushed open. The dryer would not release the shirt see attached video. I had to loosen a screw to release the damaged fabric. UGH
