This dryer has many features but i can not figure out how to change anything and when i do it stops mid cycle or 3 minutes in and quits. The only cycle i have been able to use is tine dry and choose temperature.

I bought the dryer almost a year agoI used it every week and it runs fine however after one year it stopped running and I called LG customer service and they were able to fixed it. The problem was was simple the plastic door button was very weakand became loose. I hope that LG would fix this problem.

I searched high and low I read vlogs I compared prices I watched youtube videos I did it all and landed on this model from Costco and will say everything from installation to operation of the machine it was and has been a pleasure using my new investment I look forward to owning this machine for at least 15 years The price was truly affordable and reasonable I felt strong about making sure I followed all the instructions in the manual and must admit that was super easy Absolutely no complaints The lighting the end cycle notice the screen touch display Its like I can just keep going Thank you LG for thinking about the consumer and dedicating time and effort into creating an efficient wroth-owning machine

The instructions

The delivery of my dryer was excellent. However the instructions are hard to find in the first place and then hard to follow. My old dryer had a steam cycle that worked very well on wrinkled clothes. I have yet to find the steam cycle that works as well

Died 3 months out of warranty. How convenient.

My drier decided to keep spinning as long as the door is closed. I have to either keep doors open or kill the breaker. Out of warranty repair LG wont show up for 6 weeks. Now the dryer will occasionally behave and not stay on. Just very convenient planned obsolescence on the part of LG.

Dryer does not dry towels since the vents were installed incorrectly still looking for somebody to fix this problem we bought the washer of the samew brand and that works amazing wish we could say the same about the dryer.

We purchased this new LG washer to replace our 13 year old LG washer that was finally starting to have a problem. The two units are remarkably similar although the new one has a lot more bells and whistles - steam turbo wash more cycles etc. The washer works as you would expect is mostly intuitive and does a great job of cleaning. I especially like the Turbo Wash feature which cleans a large load of clothes on Normal in about half an hour We looked at other brands and only one other had a useful feature that interested me a ventilation system that keeps the drum from getting that stinky smell that front loaders can develop. But when you compare quality price and features LG comes out on top. I must say that I preferred the softener dispenser on the old unit better as it was deeper. You have to close the drawer slowly to avoid splashing fabric softener. Otherwise everything is excellent. I still havent tried some of the features and cycles and probably never will need them but it is nice to have them just in case. This is a great unit and it looks nice too. Were pleased with our purchase.
