This dishwasher is the second Bosch dishwasher I have purchased in the last 10-12 years. We recently moved and had to purchase a new dishwasher. We stayed with the Bosch product and by far this dishwasher is the best one yet. It does a top quality job on cleaning and I can't hear the dishwasher working. I would classify it as almost soundproof. Bosch makes top quality appliances. For many years I have said, "you get what you pay for".

Bought, had installed, worked once. Called Bosch, because you can't return it to the retailer, they sent out a tech. He said it needed a replacement of one of the electronics boards. We waited a week for the part to arrive and schedule an install time. Tech returned, installed the new board... Bupkis... Now it needs anothe new board. Waited for it to arrive and schedule install. Tech replaced 2nd board... Bupkis again... Now Bosch is saying they'll take up to 7 days to decide if we can get a replacement washer... Really tired of washing the dishes that our new dishwasher supposedly should wash...

I had a BOSCH before. After it finish the cycle, the interior is bone dry. But this new one is full of water drops. Presipitation so to speak. You have to leave it open for a few hours before it becomes dry. The door has to be left open almost half day for it to dry. Also what is annoying is that the door cannot be left open just a little bit; it will close automatically. It has to be pushed open about 1/2 way for it to stay open. The previous one ca be left open even 1 or 2 inches; at any point it will stay open. When you have a small kitchen and you have to leave the door open more than 1-2 inches, it takes up the room around it and it's annoying to walk around it.

Also, I do not have a need to operate this through my iPhone yet, that appears to be at least partially unavoidable. And, it appears that I need to run it for 3 hours in order to get it to dry the dishes? If I could return it, I would!!

After about three months of using the Bosch 800 Series dishwasher, I wanted to share an early impression-and so far, I'm seriously impressed. First off, the cleaning performance has been excellent. Dishes come out consistently spotless, even when I don't pre-rinse as much as I probably should. It handles everything from everyday plates to heavily soiled cookware without any issues. What really stands out, though, is the drying performance. It's honestly on another level-especially when it comes to plastics. In past dishwashers I've owned, plastic containers would almost always come out damp or with pooled water. That's just not the case here. The Bosch 800 Series leaves plastics impressively dry, to the point where I've caught myself double-checking because I'm so used to wiping them down. I haven't seen any dishwasher do plastics better. Another big highlight is how incredibly quiet this unit is. It's so quiet, in fact, that I sometimes have to check the indicator light to confirm it's actually running. It's a huge upgrade, especially in an open-concept space where noise can be a factor. Overall, even just three months in, this dishwasher has exceeded my expectations. Between the powerful cleaning, outstanding drying (especially for plastics), and near-silent operation, it already feels like a standout appliance.

This is the second Bosch dishwasher I have owned. I had my old one for 12 years, and LOVED it!! When it quit, there was no thinking about what to buy, I wanted another Bosch!! The ONE complaint about my new one, is the utencil rack is more than 50% smaller then the old one! My old one too almost the length of the bottom rack! The new one covers about a quarter of that! Why Bosch???? I just saved my old one and use that! No other complaints about the dishwasher at all!!! Would never consider any other brand!!!

Other than hearing a little bit of drainage in the sink you hear little to nothing with this unit. The dishes come out completely clean including my casserole dishes I don't pre-wash. Most dishes are completely dry there is an occasional exception but still a great machine.

This is an excellent dishwasher. The Samsung we had previously led us to settle for food stuck to the dishes and a constant hard water film on all glass. The bosch 800 fixed all of it! Happy to clean dishes now!

I bought this dishwasher (or one very similar to it) back in 2020 for my last home. When I moved in December 2025 and realized I needed new appliances, I didn't hesitate for a second before ordering this dishwasher. It's very quiet, cleans well, and has plenty of room in the 3 levels it offers. Highly recommend!

Read tons of reviews and descriptions online before heading to my local appliance store to replace my 5 year old Kenmore dishwasher. This one was far and away the best option, and I hesitated slightly at the price but then remembered you get what you pay for. Let me tell you, it is worth every penny. I had to adjust to putting silverware on the top rack, but I am glad I gave it a shot because I really prefer it that way now-much more efficient. It actually dries all my dishes and the cycles are fairly quick. Love the sanitize option too, as we just had a round of strep throat come through our house.

One my sister got one. My old GE was dying. On her advice bought the Bosch 800. My dishes and stemware and plastics HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEANER. MY WINE GLASSES SPARKLED! sister said the same.

I had some friends tell me to get a Bosch dishwasher when my dishwasher broke. I didn't ask the salesperson to suggest any but that was the one he explained would do the best job. I got it installed in 2 days and it is terrific. My dishes, glasses and silverware are clean and sparking. My kitchen is quiet when it's on. I am very satisfied and i will also recommend it to friends.
